The six skills modules that turn adjusting ability into practice growth
Over six live modules, you will build the mindset, communication and patient-management skills that help people understand care, commit to the plan and stay engaged throughout the process.
Module 1: Take Ownership of Your Growth
Stop waiting for the clinic, owner or next seminar to create your growth.
Learn the mindset, numbers, habits and weekly behaviours that separate associates who stay stuck from associates who take ownership of their diary. You will identify the biggest gaps in your current approach and build a clear plan for what to practise, measure and improve.
Module 2: Build a Day One That Earns Trust
Day One is where trust, value and expectation begin.
Learn how to make patients feel understood, uncover what truly matters to them and gather the information that makes your explanation and Report of Findings more relevant. You will build a clear structure that prepares the patient to understand what is happening and why the next step matters.
Module 3: Deliver a Report That Creates Certainty
Your Report of Findings should not leave the patient thinking, “That was interesting.”
It should leave them thinking, “That makes sense. I understand what we are doing.”
Learn how to explain findings clearly, connect the problem to the person’s goals, present the care plan with certainty, handle common questions and discuss payment without becoming awkward.
Module 4: Turn Regular Visits Into Retention
Retention is not built at the end of the care plan.
It is built in the regular visits.
Learn how to stop visits becoming silent adjustments or small talk, educate people over time, use table talk naturally and pre-frame the moments when patients are most likely to question or leave care.
Module 5: Create Retention, Referrals and Reach
Growth should not depend only on new leads. this session is about retention and the skills towork on and implement to change it.
Learn how to ask for referrals naturally, recognise the right moments to ask and communicate chiropractic clearly in talks, online and inside the clinic.
Learn how to correct your big drop off point and change your retention and create a diary that is stable to grow from.
Module 6: Implement It in Your Practice
The final module is about turning information into behaviour.
Review what has changed, identify the gaps that remain and build your personalised plan for continuing to improve after the six weeks. Part of this session is shaped around the challenges and questions within your specific cohort.
